Program Information
Make a difference! Become a CNA with HeartCert! The HeartCert Nursing Assistant Training Program offers students a chance to learn in a hands-on environment under the eyes of experienced licensed nurses, bolstered by a curriculum that meets or exceeds federal and state standards.
Graduates of the program are eligible to take the Minnesota CNA competency examination. After successful completion of the state exam (additional state testing fees may apply) you will be listed on the state Nurse Aide Registry. The state competency exam includes both a written examination and a skills evaluation. The purpose of the state exam is to make sure that the graduate understands and can safely perform in the role of an entry-level nurse assistant.
The HeartCert Nurse Assistant Training course has several components. Students must pass all portions of the training in order to graduate.
