Description: This course builds on BLS certification, teaching advanced life support assessment. Participants will learn best practices to manage respiratory emergencies and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) protocols for acute cardiac and stroke emergencies.
Duration: One full day for classroom courses, ~3 hrs for blended learning- Red Cross ALS certification
Intended Audience: Healthcare professionals in need of either ACLS or ALS certification.

Pre-Requisites: Students must have a working knowledge of cardiac rhythm interpretation, intubation/IV techniques and advanced cardiac skills.
